These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and rts66 ("rts66", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at rts66.cam ("Platform", "Website").

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service offered through rts66.cam — including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, jackpot products, and promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

To open and maintain an Account on rts66.cam, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for all real-money gambling activity on this Platform. rts66 enforces this requirement strictly through KYC verification.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not located in or a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an rts66 employee.
• You do not currently hold another active Account on rts66.cam. Only one account per person is permitted.

Malaysian Users are specifically reminded that the legal minimum age for gambling in Malaysia is a matter of domestic law. rts66's platform minimum of 21 years is applied consistently to all users, regardless of jurisdiction.

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

rts66 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g. Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable)

rts66 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and witholding of pending withdrawals.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. rts66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login details.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify rts66 support immediately via the live chat service available on rts66.cam.

rts66 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods available to Malaysian Users:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT, TRC-20), BNB (BSC)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may range up to RM50,000 per transaction depending on the method selected. Daily and monthly cumulative deposit limits may also apply to your account tier and verification status.

Deposits via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your account instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations (typically 1–3 blocks for Bitcoin, faster for USDT TRC-20).

Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. rts66 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

To be eligible to process a withdrawal, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification to rts66's satisfaction; (b) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; and (c) a real-money balance equal to or exceding the minimum withdrawal amount.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier. VIP and Gold-tier players benefit from elevated limits. Contact support for details applicable to your account level.

rts66 targets the following processing timelines for verified accounts:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow: Within 10 minutes for standard requests during operational hours
• Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong: Within 30 minutes during normal banking hours
• Cryptocurrency: Within 1–4 hours depending on network congestion

Processing times may be extended for accounts requiring additional verification, during high-volume periods, or where anti-fraud checks are in progress. rts66 is not liable for delays attributable to payment processors, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. rts66 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to any new or different payment method.

rts66 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion as well as these general bonus terms.

• All bonuses have a minimum wagering requirement ("rollover") before any associated winings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of account registration unless otherwise stated.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds will be forfeited if the real-money balance reaches zero before wagering requirements are met.
• rts66 reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward wagering requirements and at what percentage. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games and sports betting contributions vary.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus stacking, matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of associated bonus funds and winings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is available to users depositing via BTC, ETH, USDT, or BNB. This bonus is subject to its own specific wagering requirement as stated in the promotion. The bonus is not combinable with other active welcome bonuses.

Each game and betting product available on rts66.cam is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to those-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rts66 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false name, age, or address
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate credits or gains
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider
• Any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or harms the Platform, other users, or rts66's operations

All content on rts66.cam — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of rts66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without rts66's express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rts66, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party service failures
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials
• Decisions or actions taken based on information presented on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rts66's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

rts66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Confirmed or suspected engagement in prohibited conduct
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e. not as a result of a breach), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

rts66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via email or an on-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rts66 holds its international operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in a user's home jurisdiction require otherwise.

Malaysian Users are specifically advised that Malaysian domestic courts may not recognise claims arising from online gambling disputes and that enforcement of any award may face practical limitations. Malaysian Users access this Platform with full awareness of and responsibility for this legal context.
